Document Review

The Foraker Group offers assistance in reviewing or helping to create organization Bylaws, Articles of Incorporation or financial policies. This service is also available to new organizations that need assistance with creating and filing documents with the federal and state government to obtain nonprofit status. While we are unable to offer legal opinion, these services are offered by Steve Mahoney, Attorney-at-Law and CPA.

• Review of financial policies (investment or expenditure
• Financial policy design and development
• 501(c) set-up including review of Bylaws, creation of articles, filing of 501 with the IRS
