It shapes our approach to strategic planning, board governance, leadership development, fundraising, finance, and organizational decision-making—and organizations across Alaska are using it to strengthen their missions and build long-term resilience.
In this one-hour introductory class, you'll explore the four lenses of the sustainability model, learn how and why it was developed, and discover how nonprofits and tribes are using it to navigate challenges, seize opportunities, and make more strategic decisions.
