Set your organization up for success by strengthening the vital relationship between your CEO and Board Chair. A great partnership requires dedication, communication, and shared celebration. We invite board chairs and CEOs to join us for three new sessions designed to foster these key elements, explore essential topics, and connect you with your peers across the state. Join us for one or all the sessions for an opportunity to enrich your organizational leadership together.
Note:
Both the CEO and Board Chair need to be registered. The cost is $30 per person or $60 for two people. Foraker Partners receive a discount of $25 per person or $50 for two people.

Fostering a Positive Organizational Culture: Amidst ongoing changes in our board and staff, this session will explore how to lead teams in embracing and nurturing a positive organizational culture. We'll discuss strategies for incorporating this culture into meetings, decision-making, and daily interactions.

Living our plans: Do you have a strategic plan that is sitting in a corner collecting dust? Or maybe you don’t have a plan, and you are looking for inspiration to create one that will drive your mission and team forward. In this session, we’ll discuss the importance of planning and explore how to ensure that, if we create a plan – it's one we can use.
