The Rasmuson Foundation, The Foraker Group, Alaska State Council on the Arts, and EmcArts are pleased to invite you to learn more about New Pathways, an ongoing adaptive capacity-building program for Alaskan arts and cultural organizations.
New Pathways Alaska was launched in 2014 to promote long-term sustainability in Alaska's arts organizations through support of innovation as a response to complex challenges. The program builds the adaptive muscles of arts organizations, increases community impacts, and ensures that arts organizations are ready to seize the future as leading contributors to vibrant Alaska communities.
Up to 20 organizations will be selected to participate in two cohorts over the next three years. The goal is that selected organizations will become oriented toward adaptive change, develop a concept for organizational innovation, and fully implement an innovation project with capital funding made available through the program.
New Pathways Alaska is provided at no financial cost to selected participants, but requires time and commitment from the leadership of selected organizations.
Applications to be part of the second Cohort of this program will open on May 8th, 2015, and will be due on June 15th, 2015.
