Small Business Partner

The Small Business Partner category is available for for-profit individuals and businesses with fewer than 50 employees that work with nonprofits and believe in the power of the nonprofit sector to better the lives of Alaskans and their communities.

Rate: $250/year.

Customized Training, Planning, and Consulting

All prices are for services only. They do not include travel or other expenses. Saturdays and Sundays require a four hour minimum engagement.

Set up nonprofit status. Includes reviewing, editing, and drafting assistance on bylaws and articles and completing the filing process with the IRS. Pricing includes filing fees with IRS and creation of all documents required by the IRS for the exemption application.
