NEW Finance Systems Intensive – Join us!
Finance

Strong financial systems give leaders the confidence to make informed decisions. That’s why we’re excited to launch our first-ever Finance Systems Intensive.

Our intensives are designed to help nonprofits and tribes get real work done — not just learn concepts and walk away with more notes. Whether you’re an accidental finance professional looking to strengthen your financial systems and processes, a finance leader seeking a tune-up, or a team wanting to get everyone on the same page, this intensive will help you move your work forward. Through three interactive sessions, up to four hours of individualized consulting, and a follow-up opportunity to share your results, you’ll leave with practical tools, stronger financial practices, and tangible progress for your organization.

To participate, fill out this inquiry form by September 11.

WHY TAKE IT?

Accountability:
We know nonprofit and tribal leaders are balancing competing priorities and long to-do lists. The intensive will help participants stay accountable to meaningful financial goals through clear timelines, practical assignments, and structured deliverables. Yes, there will be homework — but it’s designed to move your organization’s work forward.

Templates and tools:
Participants will receive practical worksheets, templates, and examples that break complex financial tasks into manageable steps and make the process feel less overwhelming.

Teamwork:
We encourage organizations to participate as a team so the work and learning are shared. Participants will also benefit from peer learning, discussion, and insights from other organizations facing similar challenges.

Results:
The goal is tangible progress. Participants will leave with completed work, stronger financial systems, and greater confidence in managing their organization’s finances.

WHO IS IT FOR?

Like our other intensives, this program is intentionally designed for teams rather than a single participant learning in isolation. Organizations may include up to three participants, ideally including the staff member leading financial management along with additional staff and/or a board member/tribal council member to support implementation and long-term success.

This intensive is designed for nonprofits and tribes with stable finances that want to strengthen their financial systems and processes. This intensive is not intended for organizations currently experiencing a financial crisis or immediate cash flow challenges. If your organization is in crisis, we’d be happy to discuss other consulting and support options that may better meet your needs.
