Are you considering a capital project? Whether it’s constructing a new facility or renovating a current building to better serve your mission - capital projects can be daunting. Our toolkit can help. Our toolkit brings together the experiences of many organizations that have gone through our Pre-D program and offers guidance and tools to assist board and staff to educate themselves, explore options, and make informed decisions. The ideal outcome of Pre-D is a sustainable capital project – one that is more than just a building. Rather, it’s a project that contributes to the long-term viability of your mission, your organization, and the community you serve. Join us to learn about how you can use the toolkit to further your mission.
