“It’s all about life,” is not just our tagline.  It’s at the core of what we do.  Our guiding principles --- trauma-informed care, harm reduction, person-centered approach and a housing first model --- are the core of how we do it.

Alaska Aids Assistance Association’s (Four A’s) mission is to support and empower people living with or affected by HIV/AIDS and to work toward the elimination of HIV infection and its stigma in all Alaskan communities.

Four A’s is currently recruiting for an ADAP Program Specialist to proactively support the goals and quality of life of people living with HIV (PLWH) and their families.  The ADAP Program works directly with clients enrolled in ADAP which assists people living with HIV around the state of Alaka with the cost of their HIV medication.  The ADAP Program Specialist will provide intensive case management for clients enrolled in ADAP as well as provide administrative support to the program including insurance enrollment for our clients.

We approach our work with curiosity, compassion and a collaborative, team-focus mindset whether working with individual clients, colleagues or external community partners and providers.

Interested applicants, including those with lived experience of drug use, incarceration, homelessness, and/or sex work; people of color, women, and members of the LGBTQIA+ communities; and people living with HIV/AIDS and/or hepatitis C are strongly encouraged to apply.
