Position Type: Full Time (40 hours/week), Exempt
Salary: $110,000 - $125,000, DOE
Location: Anchorage, Alaska
Reports to: Board of Directors
Supervises: Engagement Manager, Garden & Facilities Manager, and Education Manager
Position Overview

The ED works closely with the Board of Directors to advance the Garden’s mission, strengthen organizational sustainability, and guide continued growth as a leading public garden and community asset in Alaska.
At a pivotal moment in its history, ABG has outgrown its existing facilities. The ED will play a central role in advancing the Garden Expansion Project, working in partnership with the Board and campaign counsel to plan and implement a successful capital campaign. Currently in the planning and
