Big Brothers Big Sisters of Alaska is looking for a Finance & Administrative Assistant to join our team and help keep the behind-the-scenes work of our organization running smoothly.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoys making systems work well. This part-time position supports day-to-day financial and administrative functions including bookkeeping, gift processing, donor database maintenance, office coordination, and general administrative support.
The Finance & Administrative Assistant works closely with the Chief Operations & Finance Officer and supports staff and organizational leadership across BBBSAK.

Schedule & Location
This is a part-time, 20–24 hour-per-week, in-person position at the BBBSAK Anchorage Donation Center. The schedule offers flexibility and will be established with the selected candidate based on organizational needs.
Compensation & Benefits
Pay is $21–$24 per hour, depending on relevant experience and qualifications.
