  • Documentation and synthesis of stakeholder and workforce findings
  • Coordination of planning activities related to development of an eating disorders certification/training pathway at UAA
  • Recommendations for sustainable statewide eating disorder workforce development and training infrastructure
  • Regular progress updates to project leadership
  • Final project documentation summarizing activities, findings, recommendations, and next steps

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience
  • Demonstrated experience in project management, program coordination, implementation, or a closely related field

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, stakeholders, and workstreams simultaneously
  • Strong follow-through and demonstrated ability to move action items from discussion to completion
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge in quantitative and qualitative data methods and analysis
  • Experience coordinating meetings, projects, stakeholder engagement, and deliverables
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining regular communication with project leadership
  • Willingness and ability to travel to three rural Alaska communities
  • Ability to work effectively across healthcare, behavioral health, academic, and community settings
