Our Board Governance Office Hours are free, 45-minute conversations with one of our board governance facilitators. Bring a specific board dilemma, a question about governance, or simply an idea for making your board stronger. We’ll listen, ask questions, and help you think through possible approaches.

These are not formal trainings or one-size-fits-all answers. They are a chance for 1-2 board members (ideally the board chair) and/or the Executive leader  to talk through what’s happening in your organization and leave with a clearer path forward. Some situations may benefit from additional time or more in-depth support, which Foraker can provide for a fee. We’ll be transparent about that and discuss options with you before moving forward.
