We’re subleasing a portion of our office space at the Mountain View Service Center in Anchorage and would love to share it with another nonprofit.

The available 1,600-square-foot space includes:

• A shared, furnished lobby
• Five cubicles with built-in desks
• One private office
• A large meeting space
• Access to a shared kitchen and building restrooms

The building also offers ample parking and convenient access for staff and visitors.

Lease rate: $1.90 per square foot, including all utilities except internet, plus basic janitorial and security services.
