Leadership Summit

Another outstanding opportunity exists just before the Leadership Summit if you want to learn more about how the media works — and to participate in training on citizen journalism. The Alaska Press Club and Alaska Public Media’s Town Square 49 are bringing people from NPR, The New York Times, The Denver Post and Alaska publications for its annual conference. The Foraker Group once again will provide a rich learning and sharing opportunity for Alaska’s nonprofit board members, volunteers and staff at its second Leadership Summit. The event will be held September 20-21, 2010, at the Egan Center in Anchorage. This year’s summit will focus on the steps we can take to enhance the wellness of our community, our organization and ourselves.
